Summary of ILI-L Listserv Discussion on Mini Instruction Sessions

There has been a pretty good discussion going on at the ILI-L listserv for a week or so about mini instruction sessions, which we have also referred to as "one-shot" presentations on this blog. Mary Murray, Instruction Librarian at Juniata College, was nice enough to post a summary of the discussion with lots of great ideas as an easily accessible MSWord document.

Does anyone have access to Camtasia? If so, please let me know what you think? How does it compare to using Adobe Premier? I really like these short videos from MIT. They were created with Camtasia.

I used Camtasia a couple of times in my previous job - fairly easy turnkey process. I've haven't used Adobe Premier so I don't really know how it would compare. Authorpoint is another product you might consider.
